Recent project examples

Sustainability Policy:

	Leading CAG's work, with SEI, Cambridge Econometrics and CURE, to develop a 'route map' towards Ecological Footprint and carbon footprint reduction for the South East region;
	Leading CAG's study, with SEI, to develop a 'Context and Issues Paper' for the South East England Regional Assembly on 'Reducing the South East's Ecological Footprint';

Environmental Management:

	Advising Tunbridge Wells Borough Council on development of its environmental strategy;
	Training officers and members in environmental management for Oxfordshire County Council, the London Boroughs of Lewisham, Greenwich and Haringey, including waste management issues.

Community Consultation:

	Leading facilitation of the Sydenham Forum, on behalf of the London Borough of Lewisham, on proposed changes to the High Street;
	Assisting with community consultation on the North London Waste Plan, including facilitation of community meetings;

Transport and accessibility:

	Contributing to Mott MacDonald's recent study for the Commission for Integrated Transport, on the scope for taxis to contribute more to transport in rural areas;
	Managing CAG's input to the DfT's pilot project on Accessibility Planning in 2003/4, which focused on the ways in which transport and related measures could improve access to health;
