Mary Anderson MA MSc

Mary is an economist with more than 20 years' experience of policy and planning in the public, private and voluntary sectors. She worked for CAG for 9 years up to 2004, at Director level, and rejoined CAG in April 2007. Mary has considerable experience in sustainability policy, environmental management and community consultation, with a particular interest in transport and accessibility planning.

Gerard has over 20 years experience in sustainable development in the public sector and a strong background in stakeholder and community involvement.  Before joining CAG in 2001, he worked in local government on sustainable development policy and management.  For CAG he has delivered a broad range of projects including sustainability appraisals, SEA, training, community engagement processes, research and evaluation. He is a qualified trainer and environmental auditor.

Niall joined CAG in February 2008 from the Greater London Authority where he was Sustainable Development Manager. His background is in advising local and regional government on sustainability and environmental planning. He spent a year working on sustainable food policy at the London Development Agency and prior to joining the GLA in 2000 previously spent 10 years at the London Ecology Unit working on environmental issues..

Philip joined CAG in early 2002. He has worked on environmental and sustainability issues for Local Government, NGOs and national government agencies for the last decade, specialising in work on energy and climate change, as well as sustainable development governance.
