About CAG
Quality assurance
CAG Consultants strives to produce quality work for all our clients.
For us this means:
- Providing well thought out, accurate and honest proposals for each contract
- Working with the client to agree objectives for the contract
- Working with the client to agree management and communication processes for the contract and adopting our approach to meet the
clients needs
- Establishing good communications and feedback loops with clients so that objectives, timescales and approach can be responsive to
needs
- Ensuring good quality research, stakeholder engagement and written material for all our work
- Taking a principled approach to ensuring we work towards our values of sustainable development and social equity throughout all our
work
Our Quality Approach includes:
- Providing one point of contact for each client. This point of contact changes only in exceptional circumstances and with the prior
agreement of the client
- Project managers each work with an internal ‘Project Supporter’ whose role is to check quality of approach and written
material
- Ensuring a set up meeting with the client to agree objectives and approach
- Establishing written and verbal feedback loops with clients throughout a contract
- Providing draft material wherever a contract allows to ensure clients have an opportunity to review material prior to any reports
being finalised
- Ensuring that our quality approach is reflected in our contracts with associates and partners
- Working only with known associates and partners
- At the close of a job we ensure that clients have an opportunity to feedback via a client satisfaction questionnaire, and often
through a ‘closing’ meeting
- Undertaking an annual quality review. This involves independent interviews with a cross section of our clients
