CAG Consultants work in a huge variety of consultation projects. We specialise in supporting others to reach out to all members of their communities, whether they are those who are hard to communicate with or those who are easier to reach.

To do this work we work effectively we offer a range tailored methods and are supported by an established network of delivery partners.

Recent stakeholder and community involvement projects:

Devon and Cornwall Housing Association Community engagement in the social housing sector. In Devonport, Plymouth, CAG worked with the 8 social landlords and local people to develop a menu of involvement methods. >>

North West Plan Partial Review Using a huge range of methods we worked with 4NW on an 18 month long consultation on the North West Plan Partial Review. These stages included the Draft Project Plan and a consultation on initial draft options. >>

Community Engagement and Sustainable Development The Community Engagement and Sustainable Development project has worked with lots of sustainable development practitioners to develop an evaluation tool that measures the behaviour change that results from community engagement. >>

Faith Community Profile and Places of Worship Needs Assessment CAG working in conjunction with Diverse Ethics and LUC to provide a comprehensive profile of the Borough's Faith Communities and a needs assessment in relation to places of worship and associated facilities. >>

Worship Space Needs of Faith Communities in London Through the Worship Space Needs of Faith Communities in London project, CAG undertook a wide-ranging programme of research and engagement for the GLA to explore the worship space needs of faith communities in London. >>

Devonport Community Involvement Feasibility Study The study focussed on the housing sector, and was undertaken on behalf of Devon and Cornwall Housing Association and Sovereign Housing Association. It employed a highly participative process, involving social housing providers and local residents. >>

North and West London Waste Plan Consultations CAG are currently working in a consultant team led by Mouchel on the preparation of the both the North London and West London Joint Waste Development Plan Documents. >>
