Information collection and use

CAG Consultants and WWF is strongly committed to protecting the privacy of users of its interactive products and services as well as to respecting the Data Protection Acts 1984 and 1998. The information that you provide us with, or that is gathered automatically helps us to monitor our consultation and the web site service and provide you with the services that you are entitled to as a visitor to our website.

This site requires registration to use its functions, such as posting a comment. At registration we specifically ask you for personal information. All the information we ask for is mandatory – such as your name and a valid email address. This information is used to moderate the site and ensure that you are kept up to date with the consultation.

Please bear in mind that any personal information that you submit through the consultation can be seen by other registered users, although without your name and contact details. All other emails are treated in the same way as other communications within the planning context.
