Evaluation of the Low Carbon Buildings Programme
Ipsos MORI and CAG Consultants completed an evaluation of the Low Carbon Buildings Programme in summer 2011 for the Department of Energy and Climate Change (DECC).
The Low Carbon Buildings Programme was a £137 million grants programme for the funding and installation of domestic and non-domestic microgeneration technology, which ran from spring 2006 and closed to new applications in May 2010.
Ipsos MORI and CAG Consultants were commissioned to conduct an external independent evaluation of the programme to provide a comprehensive understanding about what the programme achieved, and how it was delivered at the strategic policy level and implemented at the operational level.
