We can advise you on establishing your programme’s baseline or starting position, and help you set up monitoring systems to track your progress. We find programmes often struggle to capture qualitative changes in areas such as skills, confidence, and perceptions and so have developed a range of innovative methods for helping them do this.
CAG Consultants provide training both for programme staff and for individual projects, and can advise you on presenting your data in creative and interesting ways and using it to promote and publicise your project.
