About the project:

The London Borough of Lambeth has begun the preparation of the Local Development Framework (LDF) Core Strategy and Development Control Policies. This will eventually take over the role of the Lambeth Unitary Development Plan (2007) to provide the spatial planning framework for the area.

CAG, working with ENVIRON, are undertaking the SA/SEA of Lambeth’s Core Strategy. This has included producing an extensive Scoping Report, as well as producing the Habitat Regulations Assessment Screening Report.
