About the project:

CAG has been engaged by the District Council to undertake a SA/SEA of the key elements of the District’s LDF. The Scoping and Options Appraisal reports for the Core Strategy and Development Control policies are available on North Hertfordshire's website.

The final SA report has recently been completed and will shortly be issued for public consultation. In addition, CAG carried out the SA/SEA of the Planning Obligations SPD, and is currently undertaking the SA/SEA of the Land Allocations DPD.
