CAG Consultants prepared a sustainable design and construction guide for the London Borough of Enfield. CAG worked with the London Borough of Enfield over a period of four years to deliver a comprehensive package including: drafting a policy on sustainable design and construction for revisions of their UDP; producing a design and construction guide; and training planning, building control and property services officers.

The London Borough of Enfield and CAG received a commendation for this work in the 'Planning for Sustainable Development' section of the 2002 RPTI Planning Awards.
