Funding bids and impact analysis
CAG undertakes outline and final funding bids for partnerships, local authorities and regeneration agencies. We have a strong track record in successful bids for SRB, ESF, LDA and other regeneration funding sources and have an excellent grasp of the range and suitability of regeneration funding sources. We also undertake studies into the impact of funding to explore issues of social inclusion and minority ethnic community involvement. Our advice has often been summarised in the form of guidance documents and we have sometimes been commissioned to appraise and improve the bidding guidance of others.

Waltham Cross SRB 6 Bid
We designed the outline and final bidding document of this successful SRB programme designed to enhance community involvement, strengthen capacity and improve service delivery.
Black and Minority Ethnic Voluntary Sector Impact on SRB Bids
CAG Consultants was commissioned by the Black Training and Employment Group to evaluate how far the SRB Bidding Guidance and Regional Office arrangements have been effective in eliciting and supporting economic regeneration activities within black and ethnic minority communities.
The Urban Forum - Voluntary Sector Involvement in SRB Bids
CAG was commissioned by the Urban Forum to research and write the publication `Further to Go' an assessment of the key success factors influencing the success of voluntary sector involvementin the SRB process, either as partners or as lead bidders.
Hackney Pathway Objective 2, Priority 4 Bid
CAG worked on developing Hackney Pathways under the European Union's Objective 2, Priority 4 programme that is designed to build the capacity of local communities to take part in economic regeneration. The initiative required local partnerships comprising community, voluntary, public and private sector representatives to devise an Action Plan and a strategic package of bids to further the aims of community economic development.
Waltham Cross SRB6 Funding Bid
Led by the Broxbourne Borough Council, CAG prepared outline and final bids for SRB6 funds and secured funding for a partnership of organisations at Waltham Cross.
Brent ESF Funding Bid
CAG investigated the application of European Social Fund to community and voluntary sector groups in Brent through stakeholder analysis and evaluation of management structures.
Camden Regeneration Area LDA Funding Bid
CAG prepared a bid for funds for the under the LDA's Skills Development Fund to address recommendations from the Camden central regeneration partnership Training Audit.
Black Training and Employment Group bidding analysis
BTEG commissioned CAG Consultants to assess how far the SRB Bidding Guidance and Regional Office arrangements have been effective in eliciting and supporting economic regeneration activities within black and minority ethnic communities.
Stratford City Challenge Impact
CAG assessed the impact of the Stratford City Challenge regeneration programme on minority ethnic communities in the funding area.
