Interim Management

Frequently an organisation needs skilled management cover pending the recruitment of the right senior manager. There is a shortage of managers that are not only skilled in community development and regeneration but that also have the people skills to ensure high levels of motivation and professional development.

We offer:

  • Management cover at senior level for neighbourhood renewal, regeneration, community development and VCS organisations.
  • Strategic evaluation and organisation development working with service development, organisational systems, policies, human resources and culture.

The Forum@Greenwich

We carried out a full strategic review for The Forum. During this process two senior managers left for better paid jobs. We provided an interim chief officer who facilitated the recruitment of a new chief officer, line managed middle managers and community development practitioners and implemented a number of recommendations from the review.

Brighton & Hove Community Initiatives

BHCI wanted to review their strategy as an infrastructure support organisation to the VCS in Brighton and Hove and create a Director post. We were asked to provide an interim director who would review strategy, offer some management consultancy to the local sector and line managed the BHCI projects.
